Thank you God for the gift of your Son. We can't say that enough. While our family isn't big on secular holidays (we are more non-traditionalists than not), we enjoy thanksgiving for a number of reasons. The first reason is to share with others our thankfulness to God for what He has given us. We didn't deserve anything but death, but in his graciousness, He provided us with the opportunity to "dine" with him for eternity. We think the main course of that dinner will be organic FRIED CHICKEN, not turkey. Grandma Dort started the tradition way back in the day and we are carrying the torch.
